Established in 1984, Tropic was Sri Lanka’s first standardized Fish processing plant approved by the Department of Fisheries for processing fish and fishery product. 

                 

Tropic Fisheries pioneered  Sri Lanka’s renowned Yellow fin Tuna Industry. Almost three decades later, Tropic Fisheries, the pioneer still remains to be one of the leading seafood companies in Sri Lanka.
